My research focuses on self-esteem and self-enhancement, cultural differences in self-construals, and the significance of balancing individuation and relatedness for psychological well-being.
I am also interested in the applications of social psychology concepts and theories in personal and team coaching context as well as in organizational change. In my applied work I use positive psychology concepts and tools to help professionals and organizations to optimize their performance, learning and well-being.
